Studio 88 Head Office

On Saturday the 23 of January 2021 I went to studio 88 at Kempstar mall kempton park to buy back packs for my kids...the price tag on the Puma was R299 but when I got to the till the lady said it's R349 the have been marked up and I told her the only price I'm going to pay is the price that I see which was R299 , the lady then called some guy who seems like their manager or team leader and I told the guy the very same thing and he became rude saying he won't give me the bag with the price that I see.Can you kindly assist with the matter above coz my daughter needs that bag before the schools re-opens and the only price I'm going to pay is R299 and not more than that coz of the mistake they made.Regards Sarah

I am not happy i vissited sudio 88 in rustenburg water fall mail I payd for sneakers yesterday and they did not have them in stock. So I payed and they said that I can collect next day.They phoned me today that I can collect I arrived 10h45 and I am still waiting for the sneakers they say they can't find them it was misplaced how do the run a shop and they do not what is going on in the shop there is no customer service in this shop I will never buy here again and I will make sure my friend and there friend will not buy there bad service

Website advertised that there was a sale on shoes, but only in store promotion, arrived at the store and got told every single excuse that the shoes that are in store are not the same as the shoes on the website.Called head office to speak to Nikita and she also gave me every single excuse that the shoes are not the same as the website.You people wasted my time and travel. And still did nothing about the issue.See website link below for the sale" that you have on.I will NEVER support a brand that wastes peoples lives and lies to their customers."

I was ay Cresta mall ,your employees doesn't have customer service,there's a shrt fat guy he was wearing a white cap n the other guy same height was wearing a maroon cap n maroon sneakers they laughed at me ,please tell them to respect customers because they're putting bread to their table coz we buy shoes n clothes there. I don't like them

I am not happy with the service, I placed an online order on the 12th December and a week later there is no communication as to whats happening with the order, I called fast and furious to trace the order and they say they haven't received anything from studio 88 then I tried calling studio 88 but all your numbers are not going through or no one is answering even tried calling the head office but there is no answer, studio 88 is so dissapointing, don't even know what to do now coz you don't even reply to the emails.

I visited your store in DBN west street the one opposite sportscene the staff don't wear mask even a manager when I ask why they not wearing some where laughing and some making a joke out of it only a manager put it back on but the rest did not I said to them I'll take this matter to health department their reply was with pleasure, is this what you teach your staff what surprised me was all customers had masks on please check this branch or you will loose customers if we can't fill same in your stores will go somewhere else where our safety is their first priorityThank you

They don't want to refund me, every time I go to the store I am told they don't have enough cash. How is this my problem? I am well within my right for a refund as per the T's and C's on their slips. And to top it off no sense of remorse from the store manager at Rosebank, as if they are doing me a favour to give my money back!!

I purchased Ellesse flip flops in August, I hardly wear it and now it's Torn at the top of the flop. I also purchased addidas socks and it's torn, I will never purchase any products from any studio 88 as you sell fakes!!

I went to Studio 88 in Sunny Park to exchange a R950 Liverpool Medium T shirt to Large and the guys in Sunny Park they were giving me a run around, they are not helpful at all. Even now I'm still stuck with a medium T shirt that doesn't fit. I received a very poor service from Sunny Park branch and I will never go to Studio 88 anymore. I'm not happy at all..
