I bought shoes two months ago from them and I still haven't received them. They ignored me for a while and when they finally got back to me, they told me that I wouldn't get back my shoes anymore. At this point I don't even care about them anymore, I just want my money back and they are back to ignoring me again!!! SCAM!!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I ordered a pair of heels, had to receive my order two weeks ago I still haven't. I sent emails, whatsapp messages and DM's I still haven't received it. They have poor communication skills as well. This is a SCAM!.

Most horrible online store ever. They make black owned business look bad in every way. I ordered boots on the 4th of may and today it's the 31st of May I still haven't received my shoes or money back and they give me attitude when I always follow up. Actually they sell products even when they are out of stock and fail to deliver. I tried to reach the owner by email and he just ignored me I tried calling him and he doesn't even answer his phone. Sassy heels are scammers

These people are total scams!!! Be aware, stay safe and purchase at your own risk.I bought shoes in February from them, they were supposed to be delivered 8days later and its April and I'm still waiting.Customer service is trash, lack of communication, false advertising and poor delivery is what you can expect from Sassy Heels. They dont even want to refund me, they always tell lies when I ask. Beware!!!

I ordered boots on the 3rd of May and today it's the 10th of August I still don't have my boots ort even my refund I tried calling the owner he doesn't pick up I sent him so many email no response. Don't be fooled by the replies Please provide your order number we will follow up" they won't do anything these scammers. What a useless black owned business!!!!! I want my money back"

I received my shoes only to find out that the size is too small. I have sent a whatsapp, email, dm, messaged online, stating that the shoes are small and i need an address where i can courier them back or the pep address i can use. NO RESPONSE. They have a time frame for returns and if reached they won't process my refund, now i am stuck here with shoes i cannot even wear. I wish i read the reviews before using them.Order number #2873

These people are scam artists, they will take your money but not deliver what you ordered. I paid for a pair of boots in June and still have not received them. They do not answer calls, whatsapp, dm's and emails. If you do happen to get a hold of someone they will say that they are tracking down your order but will never get back to you. Do not buy from these people unless you want to waste your money.

The business has very poor communication skills with their customers, that's why some people may be reluctant to buying items online. But the shoes I bought are good quality and affordable. The business should improve their communication skills.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.I have been waiting over a month for my order, I ordered and paid on the 23 April 2021. They don't reply to e-mails nor DM on IG. I regret giving this poor excuse of a business a chance.To future potential customers, don't even waste your time or money looking into purchasing from them.A big scam.

I've ordered heels from them since 2nd of November 2021 till today I haven't received my heels or refund.Their communication skills are poor, they literally don't reply to texts, calls or emails more like a scam to me.
