Tried to call multiple times but no answer

Overpriced with product I bought and when asked about warranty or guarantee, I was informed there wasnt anyThe 2nd part of this message is related to Mr Neville Gibbs, the owner of Surepower Generator Services response, regarding my, according to him, false statement that I have not purchased any product from he's company.I have the receipt which was issued to me by your employee.On another note, I called you at 08.14am on the morning of 24 January 2020 to enquire a price from you for a product and you told me that you were busy on the computer and couldn't supply me with a price.The tone in which you said it, was like you would scoff a child when they interrupt you when you busy with something.That's not how you speak to your clients. Just for that, I wish Google had a zero star rating, because that's what I would have scored you.As for me being incompetent in replacing parts on the generator, I agree with you there, but I won't be doing the replacing of the part. That will be done by a qualified engineer.I don't fiddle with things I don't have knowledge of.On a further note, regarding the warranty issue. I asked your your employees, the 2 that was present at the time, about the new generators prices and warranty. I was given the price and told that there are no warranty or guarantee on new generators as the user might operate the generator incorrectly and that you won't be liable for any damages.WoW. Not everyone is incompetent you know.Anyway, I have bought the part from you, what's done is done, but please don't call people liars. It's impolite, especially when it's not the truthI have sent the proof of payment with a picture of the product to Google, to prove that what you stated in you response, is untrue

Very bad service.Owner made drive 28km only to find he's not at his shop.Told me he's gonna call me but just don't care and not even answering my calls.
