Lack of communication of epic proportions.Some Builds:1. Manage customers' expectations. Dont just take the work.2. Dont mess people around and then just apologise.3. Remember to communicate. Preferably by email. Not whatsapp.First off I believe communication in vital from all my suppliers as well is trust. I dont micro manage suppliers and I hire people that do what they do well. Medalist came as a referal from a friend that had some signage done with them.I was clear with my timelines, but unfortuantely it has been very much a 'hurry up and wait' scenario.Approached the team for customized signage on 24 Oct. Design and colour confirmed but the 26th. Only after reminding them for an invoice to go ahead with this work that need to be urgently, do i receive a proforma after 6 days. waste another half a day getting an Invoice as I requested. Paid in full a day after on recieving the invoice on the 2nd of Nov. Sooooooo i miss the first event deadline.On the 9th it is communicated to me that I will only be receieving my signage on the 14th or the 15th. missing my second event deadline.Incredibly dissaponted. Cost effective is not always efficient.#RantDone
