28 April 2022 time:14:15 1 petrol attendant - 12 cars. 45 minutes wait for service. Excuse was the whole team is on hour lunch. Bad service, no care for customers. No management. Awful experience to go there. Rather keep on driving to next garage 2 kms away. Not good for the Engen brand name.

The services rendered are awesome.Staffs are very active and efficient, they check your radiator water, your tyres and clean your windscreen, all of these for free..They accept creditcards and you get points everytime you swipe.The environment is very safe.They sell all choices of fuel (93 and 95).They have a restroom and a shop to pick some quick bites.It attracts alot of travellers..They have a car wash.

The service are really bad here. Whether you wait outside to be attended or when you go inside! The staff is not so friendly. I have had this experience more than once. I will definitely not go there again. Even if I have emergencies!!!!

Poor service. Looks like no one wants to help u. And staff don't know how the card machine works. Absolutely pathetic.

Needed to use the toilet in urgent use, but the toilets was so dirty full of pee, wet every where, the doors cant even close so dont even stop here if you were on a long trip its disgusting. There was a emty bag of weed aswell

The service at Prinshof Engen garage is very bad . Patrol attendants were so rude they didn’t want to sell us petrol
