If there was zero for rating that’s what you deserve.Very pathetic service, every morning I receive a parcel out for delivery and at 7pm update is excessive volume route which I assume it means traffic why on earth would you try to go deliver a parcel at 7pm at night when working hours are till 5pm?Then the best line all couriers use client always not picking up phone no one even tried to call me no attempt of delivery was done 5 days later still no parcel.Worse courier company ever who do not understand that when we order things we take into consideration time it should get to us because some things are needed on specific dates.

The service I received was quick and efficient. Karen Baloyi delivered my package within a day of placing my order. When he tried delivering my package and I wasn't around, he stayed in touch with me and returned at a later time to deliver the package. He was patient and very friendly and made the entire experience quite pleasant. I would define recommend the courier service to anyone who wants efficiency at an affordable price.

Horrible first experience. Made an online purchase, seller used them to courier my order. Got an email from seller saying my order is on the way... about 3 hours later got a mail from Internet Express saying my package collection is will be delayed because the drivers car broke down. That was the last communication. Tracking is a dead end. Cheap couriers are NOT the way to go, especially not for small businesses trying to build trusting clients.

NO update on my waybill number on their website, I have a package that has been sent 4 days ago according to the sender and still it only says the waybill was created, no update and also no answer when phoning the office, what company still operates when they do not answer their phones? according to me then you are closed or trying to avoid clients. - Horrible! would not recommend using them for any shipments

This company is spamming me with mail to register my new account despite never using them or wanting an account. I called to have my details removed from their system. The call operator said don't worry, we will remove your details. Despite not knowing who I was or what my details were. When confronted on this the call operator just hung up on me.This is extremely worrying behaviour from a company.

What a phenomenal courier company. Their drivers are so on the ball, and they remember their customers.I had 2 packages addressed for my work address but i wasnt there that day, so the driver decided to take initiative and drop them at my home, of which he remembered the address, so that my packages wouldnt get misplaced.I will always use them for their speedy and great service

Very slow service compared to other courier companies that do ship to me although collection and receiving are both in major hubs. Took a week to receive my items, and another week to receive the others. I did however receive it in good condition and the delivery driver was a rather pleasant person.
