Mr Phillip took my sister's money and never delivered. Fortunately for him am only coming back home end of next month. If nothing is being done by that time. I won't wait for the cops I will deal with him if he knows what is best for him he better respond or give my sister her money back. What nonsense is this promising customer what he cannot deliver? This is not on for piet sakes. Hard earned money being taken and not delivered. You are taking a fat chance

In March 2021 I made wrong choice by paying this company a full amount before they can install slab for me bcos of discount, not knowing that I will run after them. In our agreement they promised us to come within 3 to 4 weeks, now is almost 5 months waiting for them. When I call them they tell me lies, such as the manager is sick,our truck is broken, our employee gone to other site even today they r not done in our side.yesterday I went to their site as I usually go there to complain about their empty promises . They promised to come today. Finally they did come to site. They had finished the their work but they did not provide me with certificate as they promised. While installing they run out of materials the manager asked me to buy them. He promised to refund me Since September. They left their machine saying they will take them after the refund

We are very disappointed with your service. I know someone who has fully paid off their invoices and your company has acknowledged the receival of the payments by signing off some agreement documents. In this , you stipulated that , upon delivery of the material, your crew will accompany the delivery in order to start with the work. Up to today, you have not yet arrived at their house to finish off the work .What makes this very unprofessional is that, you not even taking their calls for any updates.

I paid R500 extra for what I was quoted, upon realizing it I called them to let them know aaking them to refund me. Everyday when I call to find out when I should expect my refund I am told the payment has been made of which is not true, I have been asking for a proof of payment since but they are failing to send me the POP as well.
