I recently shared a review believing the Courier Guy had dropped the ball. Unfortunately for them, they took the brunt of bad service I received from PUDO.So here's my updated review.Wendy at Paarden Eiland is amazing. She apologized (for something out of her control), never tried to pass the blame,followed up, and was so professional and understanding when I went to collect my parcel at her depot.That's awesome service I can continue supporting.

Dear Courier Guy Team,I wish to personally thank Mr Qeanen at the Paarden Eiland branch for solving my problem. I wanted to send a parcel to Fort Beaufort and it was unfortunately sent to Beaufort West as the names sound the same!Mr Qeanen solved it for me within minutes of reporting and the parcel is being rerouted to FB.Needless to say these are little Christmas Gifts and they should still arrive on time!Thank you,Happy Client!
