I visited this restaurant on Sat for a Babyshower for my niece, was really unhappy with my overall experience. I paid a booking fee per head, we ended up not being the exact amount of people, so I requested for a credit towards the bill. The waitress then contacted the owner to come speak with me. The owner arrived and came to call me from visiting with my party, LIKE A SCHOOL TEACHER calls naughty children oneside. I was answered in such a way that we were not valued clients and I also addressed the fact that they had a very small or limited variety of drinks, she replied by saying due to loadshedding they cant keep huge amounts of stock on hand. The food was average and the the waitresses were also not coached as to take orders and go and find out if there were any drink alternatives, because litterally every drink that we wanted to order was out of stock. Not a very friendly environment as both manager and owner was quite rude and abrupt in their manner of speaking to us as the clients. I definately will not visit that place again.

Went there for Dinner, I had the stacker beef schnitzel that was great my wife had the the surf and turf which was really good the chef came to our table to enquire about the food it was a great touch. The view over the vineyards with the sunset is something to experience. They must however invest into their waiters just to give them a bit more finesse. Overall you can go there and enjoy good food with a great view.

my experience I really cant explain it so very very very poor customer service. if management does not know what customers service is how does the staff know what it is. my suggestion is please send all your staff with management on a customers service training. I really would not recommend anyone to eat there.poor poor poor customer service ever.

Closed for December which I do not understand. Had a bad experience the first time there with rude service. Hopefully it's better when they reopen next year.
