Absolutely lovely service every single time I go. Everyone’s friendly and professional and the nail techs keep their spaces well cleaned and organised. 10/10 would recommend to anyone :)

Great value for money. Very professional. Clean and very pretty. What you get is what you see. Excellent gel overlay. Too good actually. Threaded my brows as well and they look perfect. Not even exaggerating!

Love BOA but was very disappointed with the service.I was a few minutes late for my appointment, but within the time limit of BOA's cancelation policy. The hostess was incredibly rude and had already cancelled the appointment. I was told that I could be seen too but was singled out for my 'lateness' , didn't not receive a colour chart, was ignored and finally laughed at by employee's because there was too little time for what I had requested. I am bilingual so could understand what was being said about me... Upset and embarrassed....

Love coming here. The staff is so friendly and professional. The prices are so affordable and the quality of work is outstanding. My new favorite place to spoil myself.

Although my nail are gorgeous and have absolutely no fault with them, the customer service was terrible to be honest. My manicurist made no effort to engage with me but chose to have a conversation with her colleagues the entire time pausing many time during my session to respond or engage with them. What was meant to be a relaxing experience turn to be rather unpleasant. The salon is beautiful but there is no hospitality whatsoever.Edit: My nails started to lift after only one week. The lift caused two of my nails to be ripped off my hands. Will definitely Never go back there.

Although friendly on the outside, the service was not enjoyable. I needed to remove my acrylic nails (overlay) and decided to give Boa Beauty a try. I have never had a painful acrylic removal until that appointment. Not only were my nail beds harshly filed, but the technician decided to file the sides of my nails by pushing the file into the sides of my skin. After that, they decided to trim my cuticles and then trim the SKIN next to the sides of my nails. I now have many hang nails and was bleeding post appointment. Never again.

At 13:38 I got a call and explain led that due to the roadworks in front of your shop I got delayed but was 2 min away, saying I was very sorry - my appointment was at 13:30.The receptionist was quite rude saying you are almost 10min late I will have to ask if the therapist will see you.After being stuck in 20 min to move only about 500 meters, I said ok I rather not come.Please look at the situation in the road going to cavendish, is insane, so much traffic as the road has one lane interrupted.I was very dissatisfied with the way I was talked to by your staff.Regards

Absolutely loved the experience at BOA. First of all, the spa is gorgeous!!! The service was also amazing, and the pricing is excellent!

Firstly the reception desk is so high the person behind it can’t see customers at the gate, so you’re standing outside until she realizes someone might be there. Even if you have made a booking well in advance, they seem unprepared for the visit. The nail tech that did my mani pedi was great, but the others working on my friends were terrible. One cut open a girl’s foot with the scrubber, showed no remorse whatsoever, and continued to almost do the same to the other foot. No antiseptic or even a plaster was provided. Others had cuticles cut so aggressively they were bleeding, and nails done as if by a toddler. A second nail tech had to correct the work of another for an entire pedicure’s worth of work. It might be cheaper than other brand stores, but you certainly won’t value the experience. Incredibly disappointing and I definitely don’t recommend them. Other reviews say as much for the experiences had.
