Very lively atmosphere, plasma tvs as you enjoy your meals,very accessible and close very late they do try to be as quick as they can. The place is clean, outdoor area nice vibes. When calling try to be patient their cellphone is constantly busy don't get tired of trying to contact them for orders.

The service is very poor and slow. I waited at the counter to order and everyone just went on with their day, like I was invisible. I was literally the only customer at the counter. Your staff needs to do better. I’m very disappointed.

I have no complains about the food on the menu or the service delivery. I must say those two are far ahead other things. The only problem is the cleanliness of the tables. I expect a table to be spotless after a customer leaves after occupying one. Although sadly, the staff disregards wiping off mere crumbs and sauces off the used tables; before disinfecting. Forgetting that there is still a pandemic at large for potential returning customers.

When you make customers wait in a queue or to receive a response to their e-mail, they’ll likely become fed up with customer service agents before they even speak to them, making them that much more difficult to serve and you don't want to lose customers.In addition to inconveniencing customers, you could cause them to lose interest or question your business if you fail to provide prompt service. Gone are the days when companies could make up for slow service with quality—now, customers expect it all. If your company’s responses are slow or non-existent, customers will have time to consider other options and likely resort to giving their business to a competitor. Avoid losing customers by responding in a timely manner—or if you can’t, an automated response might help delay customers.
