Horrible, loud music inside and outside.Filthy, blocked and broken toilets, flush doesn’t work, doors doesn’t shut, no toilet paper, no soap. Staff totally unmotivated. Better you go somewhere on the grass.You don’t even want to buy gas there!

I was there on Monday to get us some drinks, so I went to Mugg & Bean. Friendly service and very helpful but unfortunately I couldn't add a tip to my card payment. It had to be cash according to the owner, but who has cash on them now a days?? Those poor workers are missing out on some extra money because the owner is too lazy to do some extra work or compromise and get a solution :(

If it was possible I wouldn't have given them one star, but less than that. At half past 6 in the morning there was nobody to help with refueling. . Not even one person in sight. Absolutely useless. Will never ever stoo there again. Was a waste of time.

The bathrooms are really really bad. Almost no toilet seats or paper. Would really expect more.

Stopped at Total to top up fuel and freshen up, planning to buy coffee at Mugg & Bean but then a Mugg & Bean staff member came out the toilet cubicle made her pants right and WITHOUT WASHING HANDS walked straight back to M&B to work. I informed one of the senior staff there by the name of Philip so hopefully they can attend to this issue but for now I don't think it is safe to buy coffee there.

A filthy Site with a Forecourt strewn with litter. Definately not an inviting environment for the ordinary motorist. Management seems to be shop blind by the looks of things.
