Friendly service, willing to go that extra mile. The individualized touch with the card handwritten wishing me a happy Xmas and all the best for the New Year is synonymous with the service you receive there. Hope you all have an enjoyable break (short though it is) and all the best for the year 2023.

The level of service is very bad and they are extremely expensive. No spotting was done on my clothes and when I complained I was told they were old clothes which was not true quite a few things were newThe owner was very condescending and told me to take my clothes elsewhereNo endeavor was made whatsoever to address my concerns or to take responsibility
