Any of the good reviews shown here was most likely made before the current ownership. The owner is full of false promises and after having run out of time on our project, our project manager was obliged to drive to the RGT factory to collect what was promised himself. The owner and manager does not communicate to their staff at all and ensures no work can be done without them by keeping any and all tools off site.Basically ownership and management are unreliable, full of false promises, provides half a product and keeps clients waiting.If I could give a 0 out of 5 rating I would.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Best service Ever, the installation is supper great, the employee are very friendly and listen to their clients. They travel everywhere in the world.i had to take them to Limpopo in rural areas. Reasonable price, keep it up

Stay away! Do not use this company, Charles the owner and his brother/cousin/nephew who knows who Morvin is but trades under Royal Granite, is extremely unreliable and untrustworthy, money taken and yet no tops received. Filled with empty promises that he will deliver the next day and nothing, when questioning him he hangs the phone up on you and after receiving a poor Facebook review he has now told us that we will not receive our tops till we remove the review!

Best service I've ever seen. They made the quotation on the Wednesday and the job was finished the next day. There quotation was about half of the price of the other companys. I will recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service. False promises on delivery. Late. Horrible worksmanship. Not professional in any means. All in all it was a terrible mistake to use royal granite tops for this job.

Shocking. Do not use this company.R30 000 down, tops half Brough, cut so bad, taking away....3 weeks later. No tops, no money. Only half the original material (1 of 2 slab) was 1st delivered. Taken away and promise after promise....nothing. no tops, just get ignored.Stay away from CHARLES AND ROYAL WHAT EVER THEY CALL THEMSELVES. BASICALLY THEY ARE A SCAM.
