Service is consistently bad. Today the technician filled my skin off then I had to soak. Then she did not wait for the soaking process to end, the wanted to damage my nails by filing instead of soaking. I left with out finishing and I paid in full. I will never go back

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter and friend had their nails done. Her fingers bled for days afterwards where her cuticles has been pushed so hard down and neither of their nails lasted for a week. They started to fall off on days 3. The lady that did my daughter's nails could not speak english, so it was difficult to communicat with her. She seemed to be out of her depth and had to ask for help as she did not know what she was doing. Rather try somewhere else or you will be paying twice.

The receptionist and nail tech argued Infront of me over how my booking was taken down for over 5 min's, then they argued even more while I was having my nails done. Was extremely uncomfortable, the liquid to remove the gel was not left on long enough and the gel was filed off my nails. The polished used was far too think and I have big lumps at the end of my nails. terrible service wouldn't recommend.

Service listed on their website and at the store was Rubberbase Gel for R200.They used normal base coat, not the Rubberbase as advertised, which I highlighted to them, when I saw her pull out a normal Base coat, I told her that it says R200 for Rubberbase Gel and she agreed with me and carried on with the normal base coat, then they did not use Primer, even though I highlighted this error to lady. I even mentioned that I too had been trained as a nail technician, hoping that they would do the right thing and fix these errors but they seemed more interested in getting me to pay for a service they did not provide then doing the right thing. Very disappointing, as I actually saw other clients nails and they received really good service, so they are definitely capable, they simply decided not to provide that standard of service to me.Just because a customer does not walk in with white skin and a Gucci bag does not mean that they should be given service below standard.

I had an appointment made on Monday for full face wax, I was quoted R150, appointment was booked for Wednesday at 3pm. I called again on Tuesday to make change appointment to Wednesday 2:30pm as I was doing my hand nails paint and 2 nail art, plus full face wax which was again quoted R150. On Wednesday after my face wax the receptionist asked me to pay first before I did my nails as it was a public holiday and they close at 3:30pm. I paid she tells me it’s R170 for full face wax, we had a long discussion about their price list saying R150, and the ladies that answered my appointment calls said the same so She finally accepts R150. Then the lady that did my nails hurt my 2 nails of nails until they were bleeding, when I told her she says my skin is sensitive and carried on being rough on the wounds. The staff were all outside the shop wanting to close not being patient that they still had a customer in who’s nails where still being done.Awful and uncomfortable experience through out, I wouldn’t go there again or recommend at all.

I went in for a pedicure gel. The finished product looked okay except that my nails looked scew from how they had been filed. I overlooked this. Just over a week later the gel from my big toe fell off and I was told that I would have to pay to get it fixed because it didn't happen a day or two after the appointment. I was incredibly disappointed with this response. I do gelish all the time and it never comes off leaving stained nails in just a week.

This was our first time @ Lychee, we walked in without an appointment and the friendly ladies gave us two openings..... Our pedis were so well done, the scrub, heels and massage was done properly and with sure, firm hands....We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for your wonderful service. Nirasha and Tiya

The experience was horrible, the technician never smiled the whole time, it looked like she was forced to work. Nails not done properly but didn't have the energy to even complain because everyone working in the salon looked demotivated and like they all didn't want to be there. Please don't waste your time and money.

Clean, well kept venue. With good noise blocking from the shopping centre. Clean and sanitized equipment. Friendly and educated staff. Wide variety of nail colours. Service was quicker than getting a hair cut. Only thing I didn't like was the charge for shaping.
