Septic Tank Services have always given me really excellent service. All their staff are always friendly and efficient and I would recommend them.

We have been using this company for past 10years. Booked a desludge without tank exposure. Unfortunately we only exposed one compartment. When driver arrived he said work could not be done due to the other compartment not exposed. Instead of giving a solution, he was rude and said he cannot help. On calling the office and speaking to both receptionist and owner/manager, both were equally not accommodating. The receptionist needs training on how to deal with irate customers, she loudly said to the owner, there is someone on phone that wont speak to a receptionist, here take the call. They were more interested in charging the R800 call out fee for wasting their time instead of providing alternate solution ! I will never use this company again!
