NB: This business is located in Gibraltar House, 74 Regent Road, not inside Checkers building.Sharon is a professional with a lifetime of experience and master in her field. As a first time customer, I was perturbed by the fact that a building security lady at reception tried to lure me away from Elegance Alterations, to another business in the building. She even told me Sharon wasn’t in her shop, which turned out to be a lie. She phoned the other competition, and wanted to know exactly what work I wanted done (she’s a security reception officer). After I insisted to see Sharon and then left the building, the security lady had the audacity to ask me how much Sharon quoted me for the job.Please make sure you insist on going to Sharon.

My 92 Ur old dad's jerseys were beyond repair but elegance alterations took them in out of the kindness of their hearts and fixed them so beautifully for so little money it almost brought tears of gratitude to my eyes!
