Shocked by the way I was treated and spoken to by one of your staff members during lunch time today. He needs to be trained properly or he needs more sleep. Miserable, rude and aggressive. I will never part with my hard earned money in your store again.

It’s nice to have a Vida close in the valley, but compared to other vida’s I was disappointed with the food didn’t look fresh, I was promised it was but in buying 2 of the cinnamon donuts they weren’t , the were stale and had either prepared with something else or cooked with something else as it had pink icing on it. As for the croissant it was also stale. Hope they improve on food quality.

Take your crayons. If you order takeaway and even when you tell them it's takeaway. It's your fault if they make the coffee 5mins before the sandwiches are ready.

I love this coffee shop for a couple reasons. Not only is the coffee strong and great but the guys who work this coffee shop are always in a good mood. They make my day better because they have a great attitude and are some of the friendliest people I interact with during the day. Give these guys raises. It’s people who make or break a business and these guys are amazing. If you guys see this thank you making my day better.

Lacks that Vida e Caffe vibe.Staff are not as friendly and I find the froth to be to runny and a Cappuccino looks more like an Americano with milk.The worst Vida by far.
