Received friendly service from the lady taking orders and cashier.Had to wait for at least 15min to receive my food at the collection window. Very slow delivery service.

Smae taste of a Mac but expect some delays here and there.. it's not a place you will expect that quick service. The workers looked overwhelmed may be they were under staffed. You could see they were trying but the delay of more than 30mins instore was quite uncomfortable..The layout is quite great with enough spacious space even with a big family.Improve on the staff output but the rest, it was super..I hope to see you again

The manager was friendly and apologetic, which I really appreciate, but it doesn't change the fact that I brought my child all the way to get an ice cream and play in the play area, only to hear it is closed due to Covid 19. Apparantly it never opened again as they are waiting for someone to inspect it for safety. So not sure how long that van possibly take.At least they had ice cream, which is also never a given.

The sales staff is exceptionally rude. No one is willing to help.When making ice coffee, make sure they give you the correct flavour, after driving away they give you hazelnut instead of caramel.They struggle lately to get their ice cream machine up and going. I personally believe it is due to a lack of staff training.The food was good. I was just bumbed that I couldn't order a milkshake.

I specifically asked for stickers with my happy meal in a very nice manner, but received a weird mario thing. Also I asked for corn also in a very nice manner but I received a large fries with a bakkie sauce. I AM ON A DIET. They gave me two extra strswa for no apparent reason, must I share with my neighbors? What happened to saving the turtles. What has this world come to, very disappointed. Can’t even get the bare minimum #notMclovin

4 years ago I gave this McDonald's 2 stars. And still, I can't give it more than 2. It doesn't help revamping a store, making it beautiful, when the service is still so incredibly slow. This has been the issue every time I come here for 4 years. Slow slow slow.

False advertising it's best04:50 at the 24hour McDonald's in Waverley...Just to arrive to see no-one...Utterly disappointed, at least the other people that were also there to order were pleasant .
