This is the very first time that I've ever got asked to remove my cap.(a normal Nike cap). Apparently their cameras need to see your face . So I was asked to either remove or turn it around like a ducktail. Now what happens when a Muslim lady walks into your store , will she be asked to remove her Vail. I'm sorry but if your camera's have a problem of not being placed in the right place you hav a problem. I was a customer but now I will not be entering your store again. Try and gain clients not loose them. Just saying. # notimpressed

Worse customer service. When you handle something not according to their specs wheather its you own item or not the buyer starts screaming telling what to do

I wanted to buy a PS3 game and the box and CD was labeled incorrectly. I was advised that they will look for the game and call me. That was yesterday. Today I was there to enquire if they found the game, quess what, 'I have not looked for it yet'. 5 staff + standing around, nobody at the counters and no effort to look for the game CD.I will not buy there again and I advise people not too.

Terrible customer service.I called the store this afteroon and asked about the Dixon Smartwatch Model ZL02D item code 22939, was told there is 1 in stock and I said please put my name and number on it i will collect it at 17.45 today and since I am driving from Kempton Park to Northmead, what is the stock on the Dixon Bluetooth speaker Model OS-290 item code 13703, after the salesman checked the computer i was told there is stock. I gave my details and said great ill be there at 17.45 thank you. I then picked my 1yr old up from creche and drove to Northmead Square at 17.32 where i gave my details and said i was there to collect. No one had an idea who i was i why i was there. After 10 or so minutes i was informed that there is no stock of the watch and the salesperson i dealt with was no longer there for the day. I was highly annoyed having come there for the watch and it not being there. In the meantime I picked out a Dixon glass kettle and a pair of sunglasses to purchase. After 35mins of holding my 1year old in my arm, i was shown a glass cabinet with an incorrect shelf talker showing bluetooth speaker model OS-290 for R219.90 whereas the CC website shows the purchase price for R179.90 and in that space was a big hole with nothing in it and was told there is no stock of that product either. I put down my items and said thank you i would not like to buy anything in this shop and walked out.Consumers should rather get their electronics somewhere else where they staff know their products and the availability thereof.

The service is very bad.They wanted to sell me an air conditioner with out the exhaust.When I asked about it,the sales person told me that they will look for it and get back to meI waited over 2 weeks for them and eventually today 7 November he phoned me to come as he found the exhaust.I told him that I will come today.I also phoned back and asked what time they were going to close today and I was told that it would be at 5pm.I arrived at the store at about 2pm .The supervisors and sales person told me that they sold the unit and it was first come first serve.I spent money to get bakkie to fetch the air conditioner.The staff showed no empathy at all.There was nothing they can do about it.I am a long time customer to cash crusadersNot only at north mead but at centurion,lakeside and Nigel.The store showed no respect for the fact that they asked me to come purchase the productand still sold it to someone else.Not even a courtesy call to inform me that it was sold.

We bought an XBox from another store in Pretoria and when we got home the AC adapter did not work so we Went to Northmead to exchange but at first the owner said he can't help us and we have to go back to the store in Pretoria . Eventually he did give us a extra AC adapter, and so far so good. Best service ever !! Thank you so much. !

I would like to thank Evelyn for assisting with a friendly smile. Bought a Bluetooth speaker with price discrepancy and she helped with a courteous friendly attitude to fix the issue.Keep up the good work!

Terrible! Closed without prior warning, not even 11 am and they are closed... What's the pijt of this branch if it's just going to be closed whenever it wants to be? Then the next day we come in to sell the stuff we have and they tell me they don't buy things like this because it's of no value to them. When I asked them why they were closed I get told not all stores are open on holidays and that's just how it is... The guy behind the counter was actually very confrontational and started speaking down to me telling me he only buys high end things! You people have lost the plot completely and are no longer here for the people!!! Second time you've done this to me personally! You don't but this and you don't buy that... Overly commercialized!!! I will. Ot be giving you any business going forward...

If I'm not welcome in your store wearing my cap, then my money isn't welcome either.The store policy is disrespectful and discriminant. Furthermore the staff members attitude was appalling.

I am an Adv of the high court. My time is limited. I wanted to sell a brand new generator which I can't use in my building and get something from makro which is allowed. No less than 2 days of my time is wasted. I went down there to have a look at the placeon WhatsApp. Making me sit and wait,I'm truly disgusted. Immigrating Dec, you will not be offered anything from anyone from our aution houses. People we refer are obviously to humiliated to tell us how they were treated.Sela
