Not family friendly. The receptionist very rudely told our 2 and 5 year old boys to keep quiet. They were simply playing like normal kids. Unfortunately didn’t get to see the dentist due to this but definitely would not recommend.

Receptionist was incredibly friendly Dentist's were gentle and kind. Booking my follow up was easy as well as a toy box for my 1 year old to play with.

The dentist who assisted my daughter seemed new to the job and wasn't as gentle. The billing is also a problem where they did not provide an invoice when paying and promised to email it on, however a week later and several calls I am still waiting for the invoice to submit to the medical aid.

Their service is nothing short of shocking. 10 days after I went for a bite plate, I phoned them, only to be told I can come in, in 7 days time to have the bite plate made. I assumed that they provided a service and would contact me.
