My personal experience with Renew it Sandton was good.Sofleen communicated with me throughout the entire process, as my car was moved from one department to another. I really appreciated that.There was a small issue with the rear lamp of my car though. However, I reported it back to them and they took accountability and full responsibility of the mistake that happened and I was happy with the outcome as it was fully fixed.

I’m not getting good feedback and timelines. Even though I ask. I received an update this morning. However, I asked if I can be provided a detailed plan of action items and timelines. None was provided. Not sure why

Shocking Attention to Detail.While I understand how fast paced and high demand it must be in a panel beater environment, I cannot understand how you lose attention to detail when repairing vehicles. Especially when it is your CORE Business..Friendly staff but they will talk behind your back the moment they have the chance too and clearly do not care about who can over hear them.Slow repairs with bad quality.Did not bother to take my car for outwork (No wheel alignment done)Sprayed white paint over my newly purchased Black Rims so it looks Dusty" on the imagine

It's a pity there is no negative rating, because this company deserves it. It took them more than 3 months to fix my car. You're lucky if they get it right the first time, because I had to go back 3 times as they fixed my car incorrectly. Oh, and make sure you take everything out of your car, before you send your car there, mine came back without my jumping cables. Everyone i dealt with there has been no help. They are never available on their phones, and never return the calls when you leave a message with the receptionist.

I have upgraded the rating to a 3 after going back and they resolved the open issue immediately.Very Slow and not a good quality.. lot of dashboard error lights after they released the car despite their claim that it went through quality control . Also battery was damaged in their possession. Returned the car with a dead and damaged battery. Cruise control ,speedtronic, collision prevention and assist plus all not working ,with errors on the dashboard ( later resolved after calling to complain)

Hooray! Great experience at your Sandton location. Your Customer service is top notch. Nowadays , good customer service is hard to come by. I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service I received from entering to leaving your business. Well, it took them 12 days to repair my car after the insurance approval, and there were 5 steps of repair process, which I was informed each and every step. Charity kept communication via text messages.

Renew it Sandton, could do better in letting their customers know how long they are going to wait. If they call you to come and collect your car, make sure to ask them to have the car ready otherwise you will come at the time they asked and wait an hour to be helped.Wonderful staff, bad system.

Terrible workmanship and service. I took my car to have headlights replaced, after two months the left main bulb fused, I had to take it back to be replaced. Two months later, the left light fused and they claim it is wear and tear and refused to replace. All this in a space of 4 months. I would not recommend them to anyone.
