This is one of the more dishonest pet shops. I bought 2 rocks from then. They charged me for 4kg of rocks and when I weighed them at home it was less than a kg. I showed the lady in the store and they couldn't be bothered to refund me on what they overcharged me. I wont recomend them at all because if your going to have any problems in the future they wont do anything about it.

Excellent qaulity fish and professional service from the staff and management. Very welcoming atmosphere in store. They can assist with any fish/aquarium related advice or pet related queries.I definitely recommend Pet Necessities to friends and family.

Zero knowledge and no care for the health or well being of the animals sold there. The fish and chameleons were sick and in terrible condition. They sold the wrong accessories for the different species and husbandary and feeding schedules etc were completely incorrect, to a point where animals were malnourished and stunted. Rather than show any concern for these animals or assist in seeking medical attention, the owner wipes his hands stating they offer no guarantee on 'livestock' and its a risk taken when you purchase there, money being their only concern.
