I ordered a custom bed from Uuka Designs. I was a bit skeptical at first given that I had only seen pictures of their work and I too was sending a picture saying this is what I wanted. But from the get-go in all our interactions, Lesego was the consummate professional. She and her team made sure to understand what it is that I wanted and communication was timeous and I was kept in the loop throughout the production process. The bed was completed on time. Even on the day of the delivery, I was the one who ran 15min behind schedule, they were on time!Uuka surpassed my expectations with their attention to detail and service excellence. I am glad I chose to not support a big multi-national retailer and rather support a black female owned business who is doing excellent work. Onwards and upwards to Uuka Designs.
