Pathetic service. Installed during the Eskom rebate program. Had problems twice during the warranty period. Geyser quality was substandard, water is discoloured, rusty. Comapny agreed that it was substandard. No emergency service over the festive period, totally closed. The company denied this saying the admin was open when no one answered the phones. Terrible service as there no Eskom rebates.

Terrible, terrible service. Rang in the morning, told them we were a business and needed urgent help. By lunchtime nothing had been done, not even a call out recorded. Will never do business with them again!

NEVER ALLOW THESE PEOPLE ON YOUR PREMISES,THEY WILL CHARGE A CALL OUT FEE,COME WITH A CREW,THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND IF YOU CONFRONT THEM, THEY WILL ASK FOR CAMERA PROOF INSIDE YOUR HOME AND DENY IT,,,,PLEASE BE VERY WARY WHEN DEALING WITH THEM AND OPEN THE POLICE CASE AGAINST THEM

Tried multiple times to get them to honor their warranty on a 300lt solar geyser unsuccessfully.Having to try repair the tank leaks myself.

I had a 300l system fitted and ive had absolutely no problems, hot water all year round! The service i had received from the staff was amazing, very professional and speedy installation! I would definitely recommend this company.

Our 300l system is great. We have not been without hot water at any time. There have been only a few days that we needed to limit our hot water usage because of cloudy weather, but most days that have clouds still have enough heat available to provide for our hot water needs.

300lt geyser burst twice in 4 years,it took a month to replace after first incident.after second incident they say no stock so i will have wait until stock arrives.they are a bunch of absolutely useless people.it is a shame google does not have a negative rating...please DO NOT use this company!!!

Very bad sales reps, they want you to do all the work for them and make you beg for pricing. i will never buy from them.
