I have been unlucky enough to be renting through FairCape starting this year. They have consistently shown that they will not take ownership of the problems that are required to be addressed through them. They will do nothing more than an initial push to get maintenance going, then it is up to you to constantly check on them, the contractors, etc. to see if the process is actually still going. They will promise to get something done by a date, and then more than a month after tell you how it is being 'urgently' looked at. Absolutely frustrating experience every step of the way. The staff is friendly, but this does not help if the group subtly absolves themselves from responsibility.
