This seems to be an on-going issue when looking at the reviews - I booked a gelish power pedi. First 5min (at least) was spent setting up the station and finding colour wheels and polish. Treatment was done within 40min with the process feeling very rushed and gelish application left around my nails. I won’t be back at that price, overall a disappointing experience.

I was only attended to more than 10 minutes after my appointed time. In addition, no one seems to notice or is responsible for cleaning/sweeping the floor regularly. During the time that I was there, there was a progressively growing trail of sweet papers and other bits of tissue and other paper from the door into the salon. AND I did not see any of the stations being sanitised between treatments/guests. From the number of negative comments along these same lines in this Review section it is rather concerning that it seems there have been issues going back quite awhile without being addressed. I would appreciate a response please.

Absolutely disappointing .Went to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady did a terrible job. Hairs still all over the place ,I couldve done a better job with tweezers .

My mom and I went for hot stone massages. Very friendly staff.My mom had a lovely experience, good skill and thorough massage.50% of my massage was spent sorting out the hot stones and I was left very disappointed in the general skill. Definitely not worth the money!

Open styled meni and pedi environment as you walk into the salon. It's clean and staff are friendly.There various range of products brands is wonderful and there's staff who will explain all the products.Their treatment rooms are well equipped and their therapists are qualified and well trained.

Staff are really friendly and great at their job. Covid protocols good, but if they insist you wear your mask throughout your treatment even though you are more than a meter from the next person, then they need better aircon. Especially in this heat.

Terrible experience. (Resulting in burns up my finger tips) I went to get my gel nails removed and after specifying that I needed a gel removal I was given an acrylic removal. Further too the acetone that my fingers were submerged in was incredibly hot and when I told my spa therapist this she suggested I just dip them but told me that it would take longer and I should just have them submerged even if it's hot. My spa therapist proceeded to leave for over 30 minutes in which my nails were submerged in this extremely hot acetone. I was not asked by anyone at this point if I needed any assistance.After a clumsy and painful nail removal I left with red burnt finger tips that the spa therapist's didn't seem to notice or care about.(This is a photo of my finger tips still peeling over a week later)
