The service and communication is non existent. We bought 880kg of flooring - lock tiles - of that - 160 tiles are warped and damaged. After contacting them and wiaitng over 7 days for a response, they told us we must take the 160 tiles outside to dry in the sun and then bring them back to room temperature. After their technical guy specifically told us to keep them away from the sun as it effects the memory of the tile (they responded they don't have a technical manager) - but we spoke to him before finalizing the order. Management has taken over 7 days to respond and we have proof of not being happy with all tiles on delivery - which they delivered after hours, after specifally telling them to deliver before 5pm, so we could help offload as we live in a remote part of the Eastern Cape. They even had the audacity to blame our installation team, but I have photos of the warped tiles as they where unpacked and not even touched yet. Also they now say we must lay the tiles in a diamond shape and not in lines - so I must pull up the floor that I have already laid down. Absolute madness. I have now emailed to ask for a replacement of the 160 tiles that cannot be used. Will wait for a response before we proceed further. Very disappointed as we have timelines to stick to and are running late on our project. Seems like they over commit and under deliver inferior product - let's see what other excuses are to follow.

I shopped around and found that on one of their promotions LockFloors was >20% cheaper than their closest competitor. Got a quote within 30 minutes and had my follow up questions answered promptly. Placed the order, paid and got notified a few days later that my order was ready for collection. The whole experience was unusual in that it was so efficient and frictionless. There are plenty of bigger companies that could benefit from looking at their model. The combination of human and automated messaging is well thought through and polished.The material is clearly of good quality and installation was 1 banana simple.The only small fly in the ointment was when the guy loading the goods into my vehicle insisted that I sign for receipt of less than 50% of what I had paid for. The error was so obvious that him arguing about it was quite irritating.

There were some issues with the customer service, not the product itself. After 3 weeks of waiting for my delivery, i contacted Jeandri, where i was informed my order will be delivered the following day (a Friday). On said Friday, at 1pm-ish I contacted Jeandri again to ask for a time when i can expect delivery, and I was informed my delivery will come on Monday only as per the courier info. Then on Monday at 4pm, I contacted again and I was given a waybill nr, and informed to contact the courier myself. Then the courier told me my delivey as per the waybill nr, was delivered somewhere else earlier that day. Then I couldn't get hold of Jeandri on her cell, whatsapps didn't deliver and calls were just ringing, now thinking for the rest of the evening I have been scammed. Until the next day when I phoned the offices. Then I was told my delivery is still at the factory, and the courier still needs to pick it up, I was given the wrong waybill number. But to apologize for the mix up, they sent their own driver to bring it the following day.Excellent product and looks great in our home gym. Fitting was easy and the borders worked out great.

Lovely product at a highly affordable price. Due to the fact that they are prepared more for larger industry and at such a great price there isn't much fuss on packaging, so don't be surprised when you simply get handed the mats when buying small batches but makes a lovely, cost effective way of getting this type of product.

As an installer I would highly recommend the use of LockFloors products. Service staff are passionate and exceptionally helpful and can often assist at short notice. The product is extremely durable and easy to install, and enables us to supply the customer a professional well-finished installation.

What a spectacular company. Beats most companies prices by a landslide. Customer service is outstanding - efficient, friendly and quick. Beats all their competitor companies' price vs quality. I would highly recommend their product. :)
