We came to retrieve a number plate scheduled to have been finished, but when we arrived the plate in question couldn't be found(it may have just slipped up, it's busy). Instead of sending us away and calling us back afterwards, the pulchritudinous receptionist apologised and notified us that she was relatively new and that she was still learning how to use the press. Right then and there without any hesitation, she took action and pressed a perfectly professionally done plate.
