Shopping experience today was less that pleasant. My wife asked for assistance and the lady while still busy on her phone pointed in the direction of the requested item, when no stock could be found, my Wife asked if they can check with Umkomaas PEP, the manager stated that he had called the Umkomaas branch and spoken the their manager and stock would be kept aside for me.Upon arrival at the Umkomaas PEP, staff confirmed no call was made and their manager was day off.PEP Umkomaas was very helpful though.

Personally I will not go back to your branch at the mall. The service was absolutely pathetic!!!To be shouted by a manager that's on duty in front of other customers isn't professional. Pathetic!!!I will think twice about shopping with your Pep again
