What can I say?! Simply the most lovely guest house I have ever stayed at! Absolutely stunning views over Hout Bay. Beautiful gardens with numerous places to sit and relax. Wonderful breakfast with the best view in Cape Town. Attentive and welcoming staff. Loads of little touches and a great attention to detail. I can't wait to come back!

Lovelyyyyy!!Way better than on the pictures!Ivanka and Luis have a great sense of perfection and amazing standard for CT! You are better treated than in some big hotels (minibar-hairdryer-refreshing drink as a welcome-lounge music..)There are so many places to rest and relax in this lush and green garden!Great breakfast, perfect view and super nice and helpful staff. We stayed for two nights and felt like a part of it!Price-value is amazing compared to camps bay!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this gorgeous boutique property. The rooms are basic but are clean and pleasant. The view of Hout Bay was beautiful and the breakfast offered was outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know.

A wonderful accommodation that has it all - beautiful, well maintained rooms, a magnificent view over Hout Bay, delicious breakfast and great hosts. You can tell that the owners, who live on the property, pay attention to detail. This was the nicest property we stayed at during our trip to South Africa!

The guest house is definitely in a dreamy location. It has stunning views. My impression of the host when doing the booking at first on email and WhatsApp was that she took a while between chats to get back to me which made a little anxious as I wasn’t sure if we were booked or not. Once you call her she answers immediately and is very helpful. So I suggest a phone call will be best. Once we arrived at the location it was definitely better than the pictures. Stunning view and the room we stayed in had a little kitchen as well which was nice. Everything was very clean which I was impressed with. The host welcomed us and gives you the run down of the property. She sees to the breakfast and pretty much everything on property which made sense as to why she may have taken a little long to respond. She even accommodated us with a halaal breakfast which we really appreciated because it’s hard to find locations who accommodate this. The house has 2 pools, parking and enough sunbeds to relax. Overall I would recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful stay.

The name really says it all. This dream house is a paradise on earth. There are no words to describe my stay here - you have to experience it. Its worth it! Promise!

I honestly think that this my worse trip by far. The accommodation was beautiful, however, upon booking I made a payment via eft. Provided the Proof of payment to the property owner/manager who provided me with the banking details. When we had to check out they told us that no money is reflecting and that we will have pay cash/card before they'll allow us to leave. We paid and they told us once the money reflects they will refund us. One week later and many messages to the owner I have still not received my refund of R3300.00I called my bank who confirmed the money left my account and was paid into the account number that was given to me but the owner is still sticking to her story that no money has reflected. I sent her the pdf proof of payment again but she refuses to refund me.Please be careful when booking here. Rather pay online with booking.com or cash at the place but under no circumstances do you pay via eft to them directly!!!!

This is on my top 5 best Guesthouse I have ever visited, the rooms had everything you could possibly need and want, the beds were so comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible, the variety, freshness and service left my colleagues and myself speechless, the owner is an amazing person and gives every guest her full attention, I will definitely be booking again, and highly recommend staying here, it was also very affordable and breakfast was included, you will not be disappointed, the cherry on top of this was the gorgeous views, from sea to valley you can see it all, and while over looking Hout Bay you can relax at one of the stunning pools sides or sit in the gorgeous gardens, Ivanka thank you from us personally and Thank you for Motherland OMNi
