I highly recommend Steph to anyone who is trying to pass their drivers test in order to get their driver's license. She is very good at what she does. Just yesterday I passed my Driver's Test on the first try with 0/50 penalty points! Steph is dedicated and will over prepare you for the test to ensure that you'll pass. I know that I definitely couldn't have done it without her!

Steph, is amazing!!! Not only did she teach me how to pass my drivers first try but she also taught me all the things I'd need to know on the road for a lifelong time of safe driving! I was so stressed to do my test just before my prelims but she motivated me and helped me remain calm and focused, and I'm so glad she did

I had NO driving experience whatsoever before I came to Steph. I literally stepped on the breaks every time the car moved! But guess who just got her license the other day?? Yep, it's me!! :) This is an amazing driving school! You never leave a lesson feeling uncertain about anything instead you gain so much knowledge and confidence every single time! Stephanie has a wealth of knowledge in both the K53 test requirements and driving skills. Her mock test evaluations are an excellent indication of whether the learner is ready to take the driver's test and helps to know what to work on. Stephanie is dedicated to her students and puts in a tremendous amount of effort with notes and regular feedback. My daughter passed first time!

Stephanie was a strict, firm, instructor while on the road. Hard, but friendly and delivered the results we wanted. She went out of her way to accommodate us and got my son ready for a first time pass . Thank you Steph.

I 100% recommend this driving instructor. I passed my drivers first time and it was a breeze. Training methods are excellent, strict and definitely ensure favourable results. Steph is also patient and experienced and produces confident drivers.

Had a bad incident when Steph shouted at me & spoke to me in a condescending manner. When I asked her not to shout at me, she simply said that’s how she is and didn’t even apologize for it. After the incident, she went AWOL for a week & I had to follow up & request a refund for the remaining lessons. Her communication became quite poor after the incident, and she somehow implied I again was at fault which was strange as normally she was the one to confirm our weekly lessons depending on her availability. I had to follow up numerous times for refund with little to no communication. She then tried to make up a story to charge me extra hours that weren’t used. She was reluctant to give me a refund & I had to chase for it.This wasn’t the first time I felt uncomfortable & disrespected by her however I always chose to let it slide as I assume it might be frustrating teaching someone who has no driving experience/knowledge. However, there is only some much rudeness one could take especially when I’m paying for a service.All of this could have been resolved with a simple apology & everything would have been fine. Definitely wouldn’t recommend her due to her not being able to admit when in the wrong & condescending tone and lack of professionalism when dealing with a client/student.
