Very poor service!! They missed a meeting and did not notify us. And then when they did come, the guy was very slow and a week later still no quote sent.

Needed my old roof painted or replaced. Was advised that it was asbestos but would be fine and would last many more years if properly looked after. So I agreed to the quote to have it prepared and painted.Not even 2years later the paint is coming off and now I get told they could not prep properly as the asbestos can only be brushed down with a soft bristle broom, so there was still dirt/moss left on the roof which caused for poor adhesion.I have read and sent the owner the COCT guidelines for asbestos roofs and it says it can be scrubbed with a stiff brush. Poor preparation has led to this unsatisfactory job and now I cannot get them back to repair. Won’t even reply to my emails. What a waste of hard earned money.My neighbor did the same type of roof himself and hand painted it, looks 10 times better than mine.Guess I will be doing mine DIY.If you need your roof painted, DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS

They needed to install a gutter and do waterproofing. Guy who was left to do the job clearly didn't understand and placing was off. Blamed the degree of angle, lol. Fast forward, gutter is leaking, no response..
