Was standing by the till for 15 min to pay. Ordered a good life meal Price R159.9 and two lemon butter 8.9 x 2 Paid R210.70. How did you do the math? I questioned the bill and they said that they upsized. I never asked for an upsize. How can you just upsize without my consent. Everything is out of stock. Cannot do grilled no squiggly pops, no fish is available that is on special. I was also told no lemon butter but they manage to find it at the back to lazy to take the 5l and full in the small containers. If this shop closes the staff will be responsible for it. No manager available.

I am very disappointed, I ordered a family platter (for 4)on 13/08, waited a bit long for the order to be prepared. When I got home, i was disgusted by the dry fish, dry chips, so called onion rings (burnt), and they give 1 serviette (according to them we needed to share among the 4 of us), cutlery (1 knife and fork). You guys take advantage of the fact that we just grab food and open it when we get home.this needs to stop.

Drove to the store since online delivery no longer offers grilled fish. I then ordered grilled fish but still got fried fish which was so heavily coated that I could barely cut through it. Very annoyed.

I was terribly disappointed with the store in general. The lady at the counter gave me the impression that she was doing me the favor by serving me. Did not get mh order right as it seemed she was not really interested in what I was saying. The store was not as clean as I have seen it before and the music was so load that we could not hear each other talking even by sitting shoulder to shoulder. The prepared time was very lo g despite there only being 3 or 4 orders in. I definitely will drive to another store when I want to buy fish again, and by the way the food was not as tasty as usual and the squiglies" were hard and tasteless"
