Unrealistic price to replace back glass of Note 8. Same price as a battery. Very dissapointed that one cannot afford to keep a good device serviced at a reasonable price.

Took my fitness tracker to have my faulty lcd screen repaired. Was simply told that you just have to replace the lcd screen and no way to repair. Cost was 2500, more than i paid for it about 2 or 3 years ago. Wont bother with another samsung tracker.

Technicians that don't test properly and just quote you for parts they think could be damaged - if you don't know any better and ask them to test it in a specific way you pay for unnecessary replacement parts, you get feedback only once you've called them (sometimes days later).Even though they force you to pay for the repair before it begins the receptionist doesn't know if you need to pay for it or not. When you do visit them and ask to see a manager (Vani) she never comes out, instead makes a few phone calls to the receptionist asking what does he want?"

0 stars. Very bad customer service. Had to wait close to an hour while collecting my phone that was in for repairs. There is no sense of urgency from their staff.

Does not answer their phones. When they do, they transfer you elsewhere where the phone is also not answered. Business must be really good to not take calls.

The wait at the reception is too long and lonesome. By the time you get attended to you forgotten what you want to repair. On the repairs, I'll withhold my review as I was not pleased. You know, when carrying a warranty age expecting it to help.
