Great venue for a book launch! I was very impressed with the attention to details - snacks, gin, speakers and microphone, staff available - for the launch of Ron Irwin's My Side of the Ocean'. Everything ran smoothly

Really disappointed with the E-cafe at this store. I realise that it probably isn't a part of the same shop but I am afraid the cafe tarnishes the bookshop's good name. I waited for 30 minutes at my chosen table for a waiter to take my order - nobody ever came. There were at least two waiters standing and chatting, one looked me in the eyes and still did not come. I had to place my order at the counter with a man that showed such disinterest that I felt I might as well have spoken to a brick wall. The food and drinks are also way over-priced. Never again! Exclusive Books, please kick them out! Even Seattle is better than this.

They lost the book they were meant to order for me. I ordered more books from them the day I was there to pick up the book they had lost... it's been weeks since then and no one has contacted me.

Exclusive Books V&A Waterfront
Whilst the shop has been unfortunately downsized they still carry a large range of books including very sought after books. The staff are friendly the place is cleaned and well-labeled making things easier to and when you are struggling the staff are more than happy to help find the book. The books are also always in mint condition and they have a wonderful rewards program. A very trendy bookshop that carries a nice variety of books.

Extremely disappointed with the appalling way I’ve been treated by staff :( I recently returned a book and the refund was accidentally put on my debit card. Instead of rectifying the (small) problem, staff have either dismissed or challenged me and refuse to refund the money owed. I’ve been coming to Exclusive Books for YEARS and sad to be here.

Exclusive Books V&A Waterfront
Located at the prestigious Victoria and Albert Mall. Probably one of my favourite and biggest Exclusive Books in the country. Really spacious and carry a great amount of books serving different genres. The Book Store has a Seattle coffee store and space to read at and also have a quick bite.
