Poor service,staff need training.Waited more than an hr but still no remote for the radio I wanted to colllect. Work on your organisation skills please.I had to to leave without the radio that day!

I opened an account a few months back with the shop and was told that I could make a purchase of 25000 in total,took furniture worth of nothing more than R10000. Sibusiso called me yesterday to tell me of the special that the shop is running. I got there and was interested in buying more furniture but told me that I had to open a different account to make the purchase. Please explain to me why I need to open a different account when I already have an account with you? It honestly does not make sense.
