My daughter accidently locked herself in the bedroom on Sunday evening at around 8:30pm. Not knowing what to do, the house was in a panic! My daughter was terrified. I googled 24 hour locksmiths and Mr Daniel Locks and Security popped up. I phoned him. On a pouring Sunday evening at 9pm Daniel came through immediately. He was calm, professional and put everyone at ease. While sorting out the lock, Daniel constantly reassured my daughter that everything would be alright and that she would be out of the bedroom shortly. He was phenomenal. What I loved about the whole thing, was that when he opened the door, he gently said to my daughter hello". What a rockstar!!! Daniel arrived quickly late at night, within 15 minutes of my call ...a family member was stuck in the bathroom with a key that had broken inside the lock. He diligently worked at a stubborn lock for a while, until it opened. Nice, polite manner. Fully recommended!
