PostNet Bloemfontein Waterfront

Basic customer service is non-existent here, felt as though my business was not needed, hence going elsewhere.

Poor non existent service at Waferfront Bloemfontein. Traumatised granddaughter who witnessed rudeness when refusing to assist her father with service.

Had a lego set shipped via them, postnet properly destroyed the parcel as it seems as if the courier drove over it or something to that degree. Box totally ruined and when receiving it from the branch it was almost in a triangle shape. Either the staff is poorly trained, or just don't respect other people's belongings - or both. Really disappointed.

Very helpful staff. They assisted with sending local as.well as international parcels in less than 30min. Great service.

The service was friendly and professional. I'm sure they do a great job with A4 and A3 but the image I sent them for 2xA0 which was in 300dpi for that size required too much ram for their printers. As a result they had to lower resolution significantly and also stretched the image slightly. I love their can-do attitude and the fact that they didn't give up until they got the printing working but would've preferred a slightly better product. I've done previous smaller prints with them and was very satisfied.

Poor service, no communication with the sender or the receiver established, yet on the system it clearly says sender and receiver should be notified.

The speed is so amazing that I can receive my package the next day.

I requested an overnight delivery from Postnet Benoni and was assured it would be delivered by the following day.I confirmed working hours and also checked online: Postnet Waterfront Mall open Mon-Friday until 17:00,public holidays until 13:00 ,closed on Sundays.I spent an additional R311 to ensure my parcel gets to Bloemfontein on time.I tracked it through the evening and it was delivered to and received by Postnet Waterfront at 11:29 on the 24th of December 2021.An sms was not sent to the recipient and no communication was made that the Waterfront branch would close at 13:00 on Friday the 24th of December(NOT A PUBLIC HOLIDAY) and they were not open today 25 December 2021(A PUBLIC HOLIDAY).Please see screenshots attached regarding this branche's working hours.I have used Postnet for years and have never been this disappointed.Poor service and unresponsive.I have tried to call this branch several times over the past few hours,no response.If you know you are INCAPABLE of providing a service, DO NOT say you can as there are alternatives.I paid extra for nothing,thanks to your INCOMPETENT staff.The least you could have done is update your working hours so there are no expectations from your customers.Thank you for ruining my son's Christmas and mine in the process.It is on you and I hold you accountable.It does not end here as I will be escalating this incident.Don't respond,because that's what you do best.

Firstly they didn't notify me that my package had arrived, then I call them to ask about my package and i got hung up on. Then the lady doesn't bother to say my name correctly and says Tsepu or something like that". Y'all are terrible"
