I took my daughter for a cut and blow. Was quoted a price. When the lady saw my daughters hair was halfway of her back (she wanted a bob cut), the price became higher. I said you still cutting the same lenght. But the lady was adamant. Also she did not cut the length I asked. She made it longer.I've been using Masumi for over 20 years. Left with a very bitter taste. Staff were also not very welcoming playing on their phones.

Went in with my hair length by my bum and showed the lady a photo of what I wanted and told her to please keep my length as there was not alot of differebce between my hair and the photo.. not only did she cut it wrong but my hair is currently above my shoulders and looks as if a kid had cut it since it is going in a slant and it cannot be fixed unless I cut it into a bob. Completely disappointed. Never going back

I asked for a balayage in red and showed them a picture of exactly what it's suppose to look like. Not only did they do a complete mess up with random highlights, they also put in the wrong color (purple). They charged me the full price of the balayage I was originally quoted. Along with that, my hair became completely dead and damaged from the highlights.
