Brad thank you so much! We needed an A2 sized portrait printed on canvas and block framed for a funeral. You prioritised this for us, and within an hour an a half, it was ready for us, wrapped carefully in glad wrap, and beautifully done. We had gone to have something at Mug and Bean and it was ready on that Wednesday morning before we got back to you. Your attention to photographic detail is most appreciated, the portrait is a lovely addition to our home.

The service at Foto First Clearwater is fast and efficient. Brad, Gloria and all the other staff are friendly and helpful. The range if frames in the shop is extensive and well priced. The staff is knowledgeable on the photographic equipment they stock.

If I were the owner of this shop I would want to know why the staff seem so unhappy...

I received terrible service if it was service at all from a gentleman at the shop in 19 January 2020 at 16:30. He was extremely rude infront of my kids to myself and my husband. He even refused to help us and I then approached a lady behind the counter and asked for her help. All I needed was to print 2 jumbo and 4 ID size pictures. Over and above the mistreatment the quality of the pictures was substandard. The ID pictures were even cut skewed.No name tags, No receipts was given, overall TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Disappointed by the whole process of getting a canvas printed. Friday afternoon I went in and paid for the canvas, but my photo resolution was too low. The staff were accommodating an said that I can email a higher resolution photo and they will chat with me via email regarding if the photo is okay and when it will be ready. Saturday morning i emailed the photo but got no reply. When I phoned in, the lady was rude and eager to end the call. She first tells me that the photo is still not fine. When i ask if i should send a new one in, she interrupts me saying that they will call me when it is done. Sunday morning, after no call I decided to go in. My canvas was done but now the staff dont know whether or not i paid and also have no record of whether i paid for a canvas or printed photos. Despite the Friday staff making a note of it". Luckily i had my receipt (in addition to the collection paper i was given). The canvas is not too bad quality

Received poor service all around. Both guys were unfriendly while the woman behind the till barely acknowledged our existence. The photo print was OK quality but we had to get a second frame because the first was scratched. Staff training needs to be done so as to not dissuade future customers from spending their money here

I got a trade in deal that made me extremely happy. I want to thank Mr Bradley for his amazing assistance, very patient and nice all round person. He made my experience sale worthwhile. Thank you!
