Applied for business contract.. been over a month and still nothing. Poor service. Lady who helped me even submitted the contract application wrong. Shes waiting for authorisation from head office" "might need to pay a deposit". Never heard such things in my life. So so poor."

Stay away from this shop. The most confused bunch of people, the manager Susan is also very unprofessional which shows just how her team cant deliver of simple tasks. First they gave me a wrong contract , I had to go to another store to confirm if this was rectified and it wasn't. They're now failing to port my number its been over a week for them trying to do the same thing.

Its one thing to be clueless, and another to be rude, but the consultants in this shop manage to combine both of these into an extravagant display of offensive incompetence.First they told me that a certified copy of my ID would be fine for RICA purposes, then I went away and got a certified copy, only to be told on my return to the shop that it wasn't good enough and I needed the original ID. When I asked him why he had previously told me that a certified copy would be fine, he just dismissively concluded with we wont help you.""

I dont like giving bad reviews but I’ve been going to this branch on a good enough occasions to say that they are Pretty slow sometimes disinterested when handling a customer and know that calling won’t help and if they ever say that they will call you back in less than an hour, they will never call you actually

The sales team have no product knowledge,cannot execute simple tasks and painful after care service.By far my worst sales experience ever.Took out a contract 4 days ago. Was there every day since and my problem is being escalated.Save your selves the hassles and visit a more competent branch...A definite NO NO zone

The worst service ever. I went into the store to migrate my number to a different package. The agent, Happy, cancelled my number instead of migrating it. It's been over 2 weeks to rectify the issue, currently costing me money. I've been asked by the store manager Jenny to collect a new sim today. Again many issues. Worst experience ever

The lady who helped me at the door was very friendly and helpful, even though I was at the wrong branch, she directed me to the main branch office also in Menlyn so I cannot say more than that other than the 'welcome service' was good
