Absolute shocking!Took my ride on in for someone to check it out on more than a month ago after promising to look at it within a few days.Went in to see them after two weeks and they don't know what's wrong because they busy.The Manageress came and spoke with the staff members and they had no respect for her. Spoke back in front of us as if she's nothing!Promised to call by that same week Friday.No call. Two weeks later.We collected it without an apology.Unacceptable!!!!!

I have never had such terrible service in my life. I sent my chain saw in for repairs and today it was presented to my assistant in pieces in a box. Apparently it will now take another two hours to replace the carburettor, bringing the cost to more than a new chain saw. Tow hours to replace a carburettor??? And now I'm being charged for this disgusting lack of service.

Appalling service. Was repeatedly told that there were no parts for my lawnstar mower but they promised to find 2nd hand. 6 weeks later and still nothing. I phoned lawnstar in Cape Town myself and discovered they always had the part in stock.had to order it myself. No explanation or apology from pro-x. Disgusted

Have been dealing with Pro Xpert for the 2 years we have owned property in PE, but their service is appalling. I have been waiting for 7 weeks now to have my ride on mower (it just wouldn't start) to be fixed. After numerous phone calls and a visit, we still have no feedback. They wont be seeing my business again.

Poor service, no feedback. There is nothing wrong with your machine.Opened up myself after mower stopped working and found fan to be in 2 pieces hence the overheating and cut out…. Very poor
