USN Head Office

Customer service is surprisingly indifferent to any customer interaction / feedback. The website is one of the worst I have ever experienced, user interface is utterly dismal, however, deliveries are prompt and the products effective.

From start to end, everything was so smooth. Good service, quality products.

We recently bought usn cookie dough flavour and it is absolutely horrible it is by far the worst tasting flavour i cannot even finish it or even bare the smell of it any more. I am very disappointed as it costs a lot of money and now you are forced to finish the bottle otherwise it will just waste , i would not recommend this flavour to anyone.

Absolutely love USN products.....after a good gym workout, I cool down with a USN vegan protein shake or a snack bar. Best products to take when working out.

I ordered a few items from USN via TakeAlot. Upon delivery I discovered that one item was missing. To get TakeAlot to send me the missing item (Creatine) was a complete waste of time.The protein powder was chucked into a fairly large box. No effort was made to secure the bottle with packaging paper to avoid the bottle from falling around inside the box. That is lame. One would expect a better service from USN and TakeAlot.

Good DayI hope you are well.I was informed that you are the Supervisor for Bhavik.I would like to bring this to their attention that I was very much disrespected by him over the phone, this is one of the worst customer experiences with USN as a first-time buyer directly from your head office, I must pretty much say that He was very rude and very disrespectful towards me, he was talking over me and showed lack of accountability.I raised an issue that I got an SMS for delivery on Saturday, I didn’t even know that you guys don’t do deliveries on weekends, however, I wanted to find out that since USN wasted my time by waiting for delivery on the weekend which didn’t take place, is this how you guys respond and deal with problems? by just providing a general answer that doesn’t include even an apology?I have never felt so disrespected before by a service provider the way USN – Bhavik spoke to me today, I will be leaving this review as well online and on Hello Peter that USN doesn’t care about the level of service they provide and they lack accountability, they just shift blame to their delivery company – and when I told Bhavik that I am not a client to Aramex, he sure couldn’t wait to respond to me that there’s nothing that he can do.I would to request a call back from you as their senior manager and try to understand if you would be happy with the service that I got from himKind RegardsLehlogonolo Mogale
