They Send me an email more than 10 days after I drop the car and that the guy who checked in the car said all was alright no damage on the car. They charged me more than 2000 zar for Tyre punction. I fulfilled the tank at the gas station right next to the airport, they charged me another 200 rands for fulfilled it again and fee...Except this, all was good. Kia carnival is an excellent car.

I am torn between giving 5 stars and 1 star. So I am averaging out at 3 stars.5 stars because renting was quick, the car was good and relatively new and return was quick and easy.1 star because I was stopped by police. The car had an unpaid speeding ticket from month back. Fortunately the policelady let me go after showing that it was a rental car and I was not even in the country at the time of the ticket.

I rented a car in April 2023, it has been 60 days, and I am yet to receive my deposit back, there was zero damage to the car. It is 100% lack of regard to customers. To make things worse, I had to pay my credit card the deposit + late fees, because I did not expect that such a delay could have happened. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER AFTERCARE.

Blue was amazing! The staff was very friendly. I worked with a man named Siya over email and he was very helpful and thorough. When I picked up at CPT, the staff behind the counter was so friendly, quick and helpful. Even Mally, who was running the Bluu WhatsApp number was helping me out by sourcing a trailor last minute. I can’t say enough good things about Bluu. Their vehicle was spotless when I picked it up. Thank you Bluu! Let’s do it again soon!!

Arrived from Johannesburg and had to wait for an hour to receive our car with only 3 people before me - only 1 staff member working (trying her best) and system very slow. I hope next time it will be better. The other companies had a much quicker service for the same time. Come on Bluu you can do better.

Probably the worst experience with a car rental company.Damage dispute which ended with poor communication and unsatisfactory resolve.If you have to use this company double check your personal insurance cover includes rental cars.

Very quick and smooth pickup and drop off. Friendly stuff and efficient customer service when I queried a charge after returning vehicle. I was explained that it was for an additional driver. Would definitely use these guys again!

Worse service, scrap cars. Horrible customer service. They will take your moneyThis complain was for the 3rd of dec 2022, today is the 30 Jan and these people still refuse to give me back my deposit. Never ever rent with them.
