unreliable customer support. if they can't even answer a simple question or give you a quote via live chat or email, how are they going to help you when you need them to respond to a real-life issue? They don't even have a number you can call. what a joke

People seem to be doing u favours it's a problem getting some one to show u and explain what there product is and when they make a appointment 5min before u arrive than the excuse start the child is sick and than next day same person say his wife gave birth
