Wonderful place to shop, we walked in and was assisted by Tshepo, very patient if you ask me, especially assisting two ladies at once, he actually didnt rush to make a sale but rather asked us to get more information after spending atleast 15 mins and also getting Joseph to assist aswell where he couldn't, a great team that works well together. We did buy other useful products and will be returning but i give the staff and service aswell as pricing and patience a 5 star rating, no complaints at all, will probably be back there before the week ends.

Every time I take my Mac Africa chain saw for the technicians help ,he deliberately keeps back my plastic chain guard.Today is the third time in a row it has happened.Addressed person in managers presence and the technician stated that if that is the case then the guard should stay with him.Everyone must know of this as it seems the norm because nobody addressed him.

Edwin was a great help explaining everything to us that we didn't know about spray guns, Although he mentioned I was about to buy the wrong one I was adamant thinking it was the right one but he was right in the end, I returned the product with no hassles from the team.
