We did not have a good experience with the agent from this branch. Unfortunately, they were NOT up to standards and ethics as other branches I have comes across. Would not recommend them. Sorry, Pam!!

Oam Golding needs better agents. The new tenants at no.3 Penning rd have decided to leave their 2 dogs alone without any water or food in 30° heat and they have been frantically crying and barking. I've tried to make contact with the rental Agent Michael from Pam Golding offices and he said that basically we have to deal with it. To no resolve. Not at any point did he suggest getting the tenant to come comfort feed and take care of his dogs instead said they will be fine till the morning. Neighbour's from Daniel street, Pringle Road and Penning have come out to help. Police have been but the agent who has the keys refuses to open so we can remove the poor babies. Is there anyone who can assist with homing the pups tomorrow, because this man clearly is not fit to take care of his dogs. Crime watch was super helpful and stayed with us for a bit. We threw some dog food over the wall. I think they have been drinking water from the pool

Im still trying to understand how you could treat a 8 year rental client,as you treated us.our agent caylin,could not even answer our calls,proven,as when i phoned from a different nr,she was quick to answer.we were given many excuses of why we could not rent the property,but in the end,it came down to discrimination against small business owners.we jumped through every hoop and hurdle in our path,even spent money on getting financials that we were asked for,but we knew deep in our hearts,that pam golding did not have our backs.when the agent had her say with the owner,we were made to be a risk,even though we rented the same property for 8 years in the past,never missing a payment,and never having any bad credit score.our agent was directly responsible for giving us the thumbs down.the owner himself confirmed that the report from the agent,was negative.hes own words were,he relies on the report from the agent".YOU did our evaluation.you declined us.you gave us as bad scoring clients
