Be very careful buying from these guys. Bought a freezer from them. It is on it's way out, they came to assess it and offered to repair the freezer for almost the same price as I purchased it for 5 months later. Hiding behind their 1 month guarantee. They refuse to buy it back and insist on me repairing it. Where I could buy a brand new freezer for the price of this plus repairs. Ridiculous!

Their technician diagnosed our extractor fan without even switching it on the ordered the wrong motor which we waited over a week for. A new technician came and took our whole extractor fan and now we are struggling to get feedback. Horrible and rude company. Constantly replies with they will give feedback as soon as they can" but they have had our unit for a day aready. How can you not know what's going on yet. We just needed the correct motor. I reported this company to Shane from Falco and eventually got another technicians number but honestly I just want to rip this piece of junk from the wall and replace it with another brand thats better quality and better represented."
