Excellent setup and a complete 1 stop shop for all hardware and building materials. The sales assistant was well informed and had a good understanding on the various items required. Pricing was good and they went out of their way to arrange a quick delivery. Thanks

Best service ever - this morning was at Ricasha had issues with my banking app they assisted me with their laptop to connect into the network and their WI-FI connection too keep up the good work.

I have had my good share buying from ricasha until today I went there midday and security personnel was seating in his guard house, I waited for the guard to open he just sat there did not even attend to inform that they close and they will reopen at 14:00. I drove towards his guard house and the response I got is that he was waiting for me to leave my car and come to his guard house like other clients. To me that is pathetic for someone who doesn't know the lunch prosedure he was suppose to be pro active on informing me the trade hours.It did no sit well with me, I felt not appropriated as a customer. I left and went to RMM the reception I got was way better.
